All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes. These situations are outside our control. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
